How do I adjust the tool setter sensor position?

The trigger location of the Tool Setter should not require adjustment; however, if the sensor is not reliable, you can adjust the position of the proximity sensor to improve it.

  1. Plug the Tool Setter into the xsTECH

  2. Gently squeeze the end of the proximity sensor with vise grips or pliers  Be careful not to damage the sensor why squeezing to tightly.

  3. Twist the Tool Setter to adjust the position of the proximity sensor until the trigger status reliably changes when the button is depressed
