  1. Check the machine LED light on the electrical cabinet

    1. Dark - the estop circuit has been interrupted

    2. Solid - communication with Pathpilot has dropped

    3. Blinking 50/50 on/off - VFD has faulted

    4. Blinking 10/90 on/off - turret tool change has failed

  2. Estop circuit is interrupted

    1. Verify that the estop buttons have been released

      1. Estop on the controller arm

      2. Estop on the electrical cabinet

    2. Check if there is a wiring issue in the estop circuit

  3. Communication issues

    1. Verify that there is conductivity on each pin of the DB25 and J4 cables

    2. check Mesa board for solid red LED’s

  4. VFD fault

    1. Check the VFD display for the cause of the fault

  5. Turret tool change has failed

    1. Check for physical obstructions to tool change (like a part or chuck)

    2. Turret lock switch adjustment (if turret reverses)

      1. Gen 1 turret

      2. Gen 2 turret

    3. Turret control board/main control replacement (if turret does not reverse)

    4. Belt snapped
