USB Dongle Installation (Upgrade)

You will receive an email with a link to a case. Inside that case will be your SprutCAM seat upgrade. This is so you have access to it later should you lose your hard drive or in the past, your email. Once you have this, please follow the instructions below. You will need to have access to hidden folders. If you find you cannot find Program data, please go here to turn on hidden folders.

Pick your Installation and download/install

For V2007-15, go to C:\ProgramData\Sprut Technology\Licence
or
For V16, go to C:\ProgramData\Sprut Tech\SprutCAM X Licence
Place the .STJ file into this folder
If you have .STJC files, please continue onto 4. If you do not, with your current dongle plugged in, open the software
For V2007-15, go to C:\ProgramData\Sprut Technology\Common Licenses
or
For V16, go to C:\ProgramData\Sprut Tech\SprutCAM X Common Licence
Place the .STJC files into this folder
Open the software with the USB dongle plugged in.
