How do I cut Plastic on the xsTECH Router?

For milling most types of plastic, we recommend using a spiral flute 'O' cutter.  These cutters have a sharp cutting edge and a single, deep chip pocket that produces a large chip to evacuate heat and prevent melting and burning.  This is especially important for plastics such as acrylic, Plexiglas, and Lucite.

Spiral flute 'O' Cutters are also excellent in solid woods, brass, and aluminum.
