The PathPilot conversational page allows the user to add commands that interact with a connected PathPilot CNC machine to a robot program. Available commands include:

  • Request that the connected machine tool execute any valid MDI G-code command

  • Request that the connected machine tool start the currently loaded G-code program

  • Wait for the connected machine tool to be in one of the following states: Ready, Idle, Disconnected, Running, Estop

To add a command, first select the appropriate connected machine tool using the Instance radio button and dropdown. If no instances of PathPilot CNC applications are available on the drop down, use the Settings screen to establish a connection to your PathPilot machine tool (documentation here: Connecting a PathPilot-controlled CNC Machine )

Then select the type of command you wish to add using the radio buttons on the left of the screen and click Add To Program
