What License Options are Available?
SprutCAM has three licensing options;
Online Perpetual
Offline Perpetual
Subscription
Online and offline perpetual will not expire, although we cannot guarantee support for them as time goes on. As versions of Windows are released, there is always the chance legacy versions will not work. Subscription pricing is yearly and cannot be broken down into months. Please talk with the support staff about your options!
What is Maintenance and is it Required?
Maintenance gives support and upgrades to new versions that are released during the maintenance window. It lasts a year from the date of purchase and is not required! SprutCAM America offers a discount on maintenance if purchased beyond a year, 5% for year two and 10% for year three.
How Many Computers can SprutCAM be Installed on?
SprutCAM can be installed on as many computers as you have. Only one instance can be open at a time though, meaning it cannot be open on two or more computers at the same time. If you need two or more, you will need more seats.

I Have an Issue with my Seat, Where do I go?
We do support through our customer portal. Create an account and you will be able to submit a support or presales ticket with our staff. This allows you to attach any images, files, etc… to help assist with any issues you may be seeing. We answer questions for all versions, but priority is for those with maintenance on the current version.
What Kind of Training is Available?
Initial training is through SprutCAM’s own tutorial series. These are professionally done and are a complete import to G-Code video series. If you have any additional questions, please open a support ticket.
Do Educations Receive a Discount?
YES! Educational institutions receive SprutCAM for free. These seats are yearly and require confirmation of being an academic institution. The seats are yearly. Please fill out the form on the support portal for EDU seats.
