Manual Tool Change with Dead ATC Board - 1100M

Background

In the event your ATC board has died, and you are waiting for the arrival of a replacement board, this doesn’t mean your machine is down. You can still complete manual tool changes as a workaround.

Tools

• Metric hex wench set

M-Series/PCNC 770/1100 with M ATC’s

1. Remove the solenoid cover on the left side of the ATC.

2. On the solenoid closest to the front of the machine, press the silver manual actuation button on the solenoid. This should fire your power drawbar.
