Background

The 15L offers two belt ranges. Low belt runs 180 - 2,500 RPM. High belt runs 250 - 3,500 RPM. The video below, walks you through the process of changing the physical belt range.

Tools

• Adjustable wrench

• Dead-blow hammer

• Flat-bladed screwdriver

• Phillips screwdriver

• Gear Puller

• Level

• 2x4 or something to be used for leverage
